Confused. Are these actual cited deficiencies of Summit Ridge? What was their disposition? Explain what "Number of ,Certified Nurse Assistant Hours Per Resident Per Day",etc. categories actually report. Is that time spent on each patient per day? I would like to know what is the ratio of CNA/LPN/RN,etc. to patient.
