I cannot express my extreme disappointment in the Rockwall Stors Rd. location enouph. My Mother lived there for approx. 5 years and loved it!...about one year ago the administration changed and the nightmare began. The adminstrative staff did not keep me informed of my mother's care, failed to provide adequate and appropriate nutrition. The administration, director of nursing and staff seemed to change daily. They constantly had turnover making it impossible for consistanct interaction with the staff. The staff was rude, arrogant and they would roll their eyes and argue when expressing concerns. They ignored doctors orders, and directives from the state regarding my Mother's care. We finally moved her to a new facility. Upon a physical examination by the nurse at the new facility, my mother had open wounds on her back, sores on her genitals that I, as her legal guardian was never made aware of. I do not believe they were being treated. If you love your parents, don't send them here!
