Back to Hospital Data.

Submitted by:Judith Still, Administrator
This location has been closed for almost three years. We moved into a new facility at 18525 Woodland Ridge Dr. in Spring Lake, Michigan 49456 in March of 2008.

The new Facility is 84 beds - set up in household neighborhoods of 28 with neighborhood pantries, living rooms, fireplaces and dining spaces.

One neighborhood focuses on rehab and resident stays are very short.

We are all dually certified - Medicare and Medicaid.

I need more time to get accurate staffing numbers to you...but please correct the map and site location for NOCC. thanks
