Lakeview General Hospital has not existed for over 25 years. From 1985-2006 the building was occupied and operated under the name Mercy Pavillion, a nursing home for senior citizens. The building sat vacant from 2006 until 2012 at which time it was demolished.

Is there a way to obtain birth medical records if you were born at that Lakeview General Hospital in the 1970's? I'm trying to get my medicals records as a child.
