I am told that my father DSidney Schuman, husband of Dorthoy Schuman room 24 B, (he is 89 years old) is entitled to Meals on Wheels and that your social service deaprtment can arrange this. I was told this today by a high ranking staffer at your faciility after she noticed my dad who is at Darcy Hall every day is getting weaker and more tired.

Can your social service director inform my dad if he is entitled to Meals on Wheels, he lives at 476 Wellington J , West Palm Beach, Fla 33417, his phone is 683-6323
