BREMERTON HEALTH AND REHABILITATION CENTER - BREMERTON, WA

Submitted by:Sandra Ching, Administrator
This information is very outdated. The survey information is years old and the facility has significantly better survey history and continues to do very well. As well as the staffing and most all of the information posted. Significant reductions across the board have been made. I encourage anyone who is looking for placement to tour any facility as what you see in this website is not reflective of the amazing facility that BHRC really is. Please feel free to call me or stop by any time, we encourage it. We give excellent care and great customer service. This information is old. Our updated information is available in our lobby for anyone to review! Thank you!
